Back on my feet...

Sorry about that one day absence. Seems my three day weekend was just a little too entertaining and a fourth day was required to recover. I was having a little difficulty getting vertical yesterday. The f**king room kept spinning whenever I opened my eyes and when I tried to stand the floor kept moving up and down at random intervals. I hate when that happens. But a nice big bag of some fine west coast herb(s) and all is well again in Finkelstein -ville.

Now, to dispel some rumors that have been going around, in regards to the band and it's members. No! Likki Stixx did not catch Ankylosing Spondylitis from Mick Mars. First off, it's not a sexually transmitted disease. Not to suggest that Likki slept with Mick, c'mon... like they spent enough time together to have their relationship develop to that point, Likki only did one show with the Crue. (Contrary to what you've heard, or any personal experience you've had with Likki, he doesn't do one-night stands. Such stands must incorporate at least 2 calendar days.) So don't worry, Likki will at no foreseeable time be turning into a 3 foot 11 inch troll. He will remain a 4 foot 11 inch sex pixie.

Rumor number two to dispel is that Tommy Gunns is leaving the band to become a country and western star. While we noted earlier that someone who looks like him is playing in a country-rock band currently doing dates in Ontario, your own guitar hero is firmly ensconced in an alcohol-addiction treatment centre. Safe from the lurid world of honky-tonks and diseased cowgirl vaginas ( I don't know...I had to make country sound scary somehow.) Rest assured that Tommy's signature guitar sound will return to the Toyz lineup, just as soon as they finish replacing every drop of his blood and installing his new bionic liver. All will be well in Gunns-land.

On a lighter note, Dannii Lee Damage did have a slight overdose on Tuesday night after the Morgan's show. But all the Vitamin A has left his system and his skin has lost it's orange hue.
