And the plot thickens...

So, yesterday, we mentioned the rumour that just won't die, about Tommy Gunns having left, or being in the process of leaving the band. Well, today the mill got more grist when it came to light that Johnny Emaxx has not spoken with Gunns in a week and may have left town, too.

Emaxx was last spotted out standing in some farmer's field near Hanna. He was apparently waving his cellphone above his head, so he may have been just trying to get a signal so as to call Gunns, but we are a bit suspicious of such theories.


Another theory holds that Emaxx is simply on the trail of missing Manic Street Preachers guitarist/lyricist Richey Edwards, who, it's been said, Emaxx thinks could slide in to the spot Gunns has relinquished, supposedly temporarily, to little brother J.J. Gunns. Anonymous sources say Emaxx was overhead saying that Gunns head had become too big. This jibes with earlier statements supposedly made by Emaxx that he was harbouring thoughts of going solo, himself.

Of course, we know we're dealing purely in speculation here, and things may just fall neatly back into place anytime. We just hate to think of what would happen, to the music industry as a whole, if the Toyz were to go their separate ways.
