Tommy's doppleganger?

Has anyone seen these ads for a new CD by some band called Haymaker? There's a some guy in the band who looks suspiciously like Tommy Gunns twin brother. Could they have been separated at birth by mistake? Look at them guy climbing out of a manhole in this picture...

Looks a bit shady to us...
